Acrylic Painting Techniques by Peter Dranitsin learn how to paint free abstract art lesson

This is my third video “Discover Acrylic Painting Techniques” by Peter Dranitsin learn how to paint free abstract art lesson this and more videos you can view on my website at petesoriginalart.com WHY ACRYLIC PAINTINGS AND TECHNIQUES ARE SUPERIOR TO OTHERS If you are an artist, you have a passion. Your passion is art. Why bother with expensive oils which can take a long time to dry, when there is the less expensive and just as colorful media of acrylic paintings? If you call yourself an artist, your mind flowers with ideas, so many that your day doesn’t have enough hours in it to put them all down on canvas. First you sketch an outline of what you want to paint, then you add the color. If your medium is oil, you may use acrylics as a base under-painting, but why stop there when you can use acrylics for the final embellishments as well? Many artists use acrylics with a grayish or grayish-blue hue as an undercoat because this adds depth to the finished work. If an artist uses this technique, then he can have a number of paintings in various stages of completion, thus fueling the synergy of his work: Work A, for instance, may be nearing completion and lacks only the addition of shadows to the subject, while Work B has the requisite background but needs the foreground fleshed out more, while Work C is in the first stages of underpainting as the artist searches for just the right colors to bring out the richness of the projection final appearance of the work. Learn & Master Painting DVD’s Painting Instruction

Learning to paint as a self study at home can be a real challenge. And teaching students to paint can also be a real problem for art teachers who may not have painting as a specialty.

And that’s where the learn to paint DVD course offered by Gayle Levee plays a strategic role.

Many people just like you aspire to learn how to paint, but few know where to begin.  So it’s important to find the right instruction or you could spend hundreds of dollars in supplies and never use them. I’m often asked by people who want to learn to paint what courses they should look at. And this is one of those courses that would be very helpful in providing a comprehensive and clear path towards becoming an accomplished artist.

The Learn & Master Painting is a top quality best home instruction course available to learn to paint with oils and acrylics.

Master artist, Gayle Levee, has designed interactive lessons to provide you with a solid, comprehensive foundation for your own artwork. The course is made up of 20 professionally produced DVDs, 3 Music CDs (to listen to while you paint), a thorough Lesson Book with supplemental information, and access to a free online student support site.

Gayle feels that it is the only instructional package you’ll ever need on your journey toward painting mastery and to seeing the world through the eyes of an artist. I’m not sure about that but I do believe it’s an excellent option. All you need is the desire to create incredible works of art!

You may be wandering if you could ever manage such a comprehensive training program. 20 DVD’s is pretty intense and the learning how to paint can seem like an overwhelming endeavor. But  Gayle walks you through with step-by-step video instruction, taking you from any skill level—even if you’re a total novice—to painting with advanced techniques used by professional painters. You’ll learn how to make your paintings look realistic and believable. Gayle will teach you how to setup your studio, properly care for your materials, choose colors to best communicate your theme, and how to develop your compositions and draw objects in perspective. You’ll learn all the foundational painting skills you’ll need to become an accomplished artist.

By the end of the course, you’ll understand how to get the illusion of depth and distance in a painting and you’ll be amazed at how you are able to record your experiences and the world around you in your paintings. You’ll complete several paintings—together with Gayle—from start to finish and discover a whole new way to create!

Not a beginner? That’s ok. Just review the basics (you might be surprised what you don’t know) and jump into the more advanced training on perspective and color theory. Many classical and formal training programs don’t include the information you’ll learn here.

If you are wanting to learn to paint from home and are looking for a solid, easy to follow guide that you can work though at your own speed then I recommend you get this Learn To Paint training.
